We sold our house in Port St Lucie, Fl one of the States most saturated and slowest markets during the very tumultuous First Semester of 2025. The house was on the market 7 months. Maria Corina provided excellent market data and analysis, went the extra mile with the listing photos and advertising and gave us timely updates about showings and the contract negotiations went smoothly etc Selling the property in this difficult market required us to be realistic on the price.
