Shelee was fantastic when we were looking for our house! We had pretty specific requirements, knowing this move would (hopefully) be our last. She managed to find several homes for us to look at in the locations we were interested in. At the time however, there were just not a lot of houses on the market, so we decided to build. Shelee then connected us with another realtor that had more experience with new builds, and the two of them worked together on our behalf to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was a VERY long process, but she stuck with us the whole way through, and in the end the wait was worth it! We love our home, and without Shelee we would never have known where to start. She is always available and flexible, and knows a lot about the community as well. I highly recommend her!

Shelee was our realtor when we sold our former home and purchased our current one. She asked many, many questions as to what we wanted, what was optional, what was absolutely necessary. She offered great advice when she listed our former home for sale and kept us up-to-date on the showings, comments, etc. She went through and explained every document before we signed anything. She worked with the closing company to make sure they understood how we were going to pay for our new home since it was a bit different than the norm. If there was a snag in the paperwork or information, she immediately handled it. She worked tirelessly on both homes and was always available at a moment's notice to go look at a new listing or answer questions. Shelee kept in touch with us on a regular basis throughout the whole process of selling and buying and went above and beyond our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and all local issues. We always felt we weren't just "clients" but rather friends and that she was definitely working in our best behalf. She has also kept in touch with us since we moved into our home and occasionally stops in to say hi when she's in the neighborhood . . . always with a smile on her face. Hard-working, honest, willing to go the extra mile, simply put you cannot go wrong by having Shelee Brim as your realtor. We highly recommend her.
