Keller Williams landmark realty

Patricia Gottlieb from Douglas Elliman was a wonderful real estate agent to work with. With many years of experience, she has tremendous knowledge and wisdom about the real estate market and the local area. We met Patricia when we attended an open house for an apartment she was selling, and from that very first meeting, she was incredibly helpful. She guided us through every step of the process, helped us stay on top of the paperwork, and made sure everything stayed on track. Working with Patricia made the entire experience seamless. She is extremely organized, professional, knowledgeable, and truly on top of her game. She is also very responsive and always gets back to calls, texts, and emails quickly, which made us feel that we were always in good hands. Even the professionals she recommended to us, including contacts for our mortgage, painting, and other services, were excellent and top-notch. I would highly recommend Patricia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and we were very fortunate to have her guiding us through the process.

Patti made the process of selling as easy as it can possibly be. She knows the local market very well and her relationship with the co-op board is unparalleled. She guided both me and the buyer every step of the way, and was even able to expedite the approval process. Highly recommend!

Patti was with me, selling my apt every step of the way. She found a contractor to do the renovations, set a fair market price for the apt and we received an offer pretty quickly after it was listed (maybe a one month or two). Patti is very knowledgeable and if you follow her advice, you will sell your property quickly. She always responded top my calls or texts. Because I was selling this apt in NY while living in NM, she was great in helping me with design suggestions for the contractors, selecting lighting, flooring, appliances, etc. She managed it all. Patti is amazing at what she does and her years of experience show her expertise. If you select her as your relator, you are in excellent hands.

Patti is a pro! We are very lucky that she was our agent in finding the perfect coop apartment. She is professional and very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, market and coop buildings. She was helpful every step of the way and available whenever we needed. Highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell.

Patti is an outstanding realtor! She is professional, detail oriented, very knowledgeable and cares about her clients. In selling my coop, she provided advice on getting it ready, keeping in touch every step of the way. Her deep expertise in the real estate market really shows. Highly recommend her. Patti, thanks for everything you did!
