He was able to find me the home I dreamed of and negotiated on my behalf to get the best price in a great neighborhood. I am new to Bristol so he could have used this to his advantage but he did not.I am in a beautiful neighborhood. He has even been able to connect me with handymen who are trustworthy. He even gave us a present for our housewarming. I would definitely recommend Richard to my family and friends. Dawn was amazing. We mainly worked with her, but her and Richard are definitely the best in the area. They have so much experience and if youre like us and know nothing about the home buying process, they will answer any questions you have. We wouldve been lost without them.
