Keller Williams Integrity

Lisa Fraser is an extremely professional and responsive realtor. My husband and I have owned several homes in New Jersey, and Lisa is by far one of the Best and hardest working realtors we have ever worked with!!!! Lisa goes above and beyond for her clients and responds within minutes of any question or requests! She was always available, and gave us detailed feedback from our showings very quickly. My husband and I both highly recommend Lisa. Lisa's work ethic is impeccable. She sold our home and offered advvice without just recommending that we "drop our price " which seems to be what most realtors do to sell your home. Lisa is hard working, and is very easy to work with. She is a great realtor, and we would use her services again if the opportunity presents itself.

Thanks to Lisa we sold our home. Lisa helped get the word out about my home to several brokers though a series of open houses. Through these events she took a strong interest in making sure everything in my house was working correctly, down to the the mat and booties inside the front door. Once the house was under contract that is when Lisa took it to the next level, did I mention I was 1500 miles away. She was so much help coordinating the inspections, service guys who came and make sure critical items were addressed in a good way. The closing date was delayed by 4 weeks due to buyer issues; Lisa was there on top of it, many times texting me with an update before I could finish writing/sending her a text. If you get a chance sign her up.

Lisa was wonderful! Incredibly responsive, and very patient with all of the questions I had about the property. She was very professional and made this process as easy as possible for me.
