Jim is a consummate professional. I worked with Jim on two different sales and both transactions were as painless as you can get in real estate. I was out of state on the last transaction and Jim made our lives so easy during this stressful time. We had to paint, replace carpet, replace the furnace along with other minor issues. Jim took the lead on all aspects of the project. Jim managed to complete everything in three weeks from signing the contract.
