Let me start by saying this is our 3rd home. We liked the 4 other realtors we worked for purchasing and then selling the prior houses, but there was always that aftertaste in the mouth, like if we did the right thing in regards to price point, offer, etc.Adam is completely superior than any other realtor we have worked with. He is very nice and responsive, but beyond that, he is really honest and it is the first time we have a realtor that did not push us for a decision, crazy to get the deal done at all cost and making us fear if we did not complete the deal we were dumb. He expressed his honest opinion at all times regarding price point for the area, pros and cons of the property and always with really good advice overall.I can honestly say we felt he acted like a true friend in helping us with our deal. We could not be more happy with his work and for the first time I feel I can recommend, advertise my realtor! we are just so happy!
