Keller Williams Hudson Valley United

Jason was Always available, never pushy or over bearing. Exercised a great deal of patience as we were very unsure of the location we wanted to buy. Was aware of our wants and needs however was not afraid to guide us in other directions, which led us to the purchase of this beautiful house we otherwise would have never considered!

From the beginning, Jason came across as knowledgeable and experienced. He nailed the asking price of our home without having relevant comps. He was always honest, realistic and positive about every situation we encountered. He marketed our home primarily using social media which pulled up people from NYC who otherwise would have had no exposure to the property. Most notable though was his incredible response time in answering whatever questions we had, no matter how incidental.I did some research on local realtors beforehand and I feel I made the right choice. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home.

Jason was a dream to work with. He knew the property so so well (which wasn't easy given the number of things to understand on a farm property). He was incredibly responsive and answered our calls, no matter what time of day. He was fair, honest and transparent about the property. I would recommend working with him!!!!

Jason is a consummate professional who did everything he promised to doaEUR"he was there every step of the way! His calls were timely, his negotiations were productive, and his follow-trough was spot on! For such a young man, Jason is already at the top of his game! This man is very highly effective.Ray Restaino

Jason was great all around, but I most appreciated how responsive he was to my questions and how quickly he found answers to my questions if he didnt know something off the top of his head. Strongly recommend!
