Grant did an absolutely phenomenal job in helping us find our new home in Seabrook, Texas! As new homebuyers, Grant made sure to walk us through the process and explain everything in detail. We could not be happier and are so appreciative of Grant and his team!

Grant was attentive to our needs and had many impressive resources we could rely on. From recommending a lender to making sure we had information to connect our utilities, I was very impressed!

I met Grant during an open house for a home we actually made an offer but didn't get. It was a blessing in disguise because another house came about later that was Even better. Grant was prompt in negotiating the price we offered and they accepted. While having to sell our old house and buying the new one at the same time was stressful (due to some unforeseen circumstances) he made the process less painful by helping us with an open house for the old house that got us 3 offers. We love our new home and we are so happy that the process over, but part of the buying process is having a knowledgeable and motivated realtor. It helps that he's a super nice guy too! We are so glad to have met Grant at that initial open house that led us eventually to our dream home. Highly recommend him.
