Keller Williams Homewood

Adam did a great job finalizing the purchase of my home, while I was completely remote. He went above and beyond, as during the process the seller began neglecting their responsibilities and stopped communicating. He regularly provided updates on the issues we faced, and I know that without his tenacity to see things through this purchase would not have been completed. You never want issues during a transaction, but when they do occur it really proves whether you have a good/bad realtor. Adam is the best.

Peck Barham was our choice of realtor after interviewing several. His approach to selling a home, and presenting it, could not have been better. He was incredibly communicative and prompt in his responses. I expect that any realtor should have his approach to selling, and his work is how I'll measure any real estate professional, in the future. Excellent transaction, and I will be referring him to every buyer or seller that I personally know!

Mr. Snow was always on time and willing to show homes. I saw several homes in the 31/2 months search he was always available for me. He is knowledgeable and kind willing to Negotiate upon my request

This is the house that I really wanted and so did a lot of other people. Kellie negotiated the deal and made it happen for me. I was so happy that she was my agent and worked so hard on my behalf. She was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely use her again and I will recommend her too all my family and friends.

Peck did an amazing job with the sale of my home! I was a first-time client of his and he made the process so easy from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
