We began to search for a second home in the Beech Mountain,Sugar Mountain and Boone area in the summer of 2020 in the midst of the corona virus pandemic in a sellers market with very limited inventory which made our search even more difficult. We searched reviews and found very positive aspects on the Keller Williams High Country Agency in Boone and gave them call. We were put together with Mary Baker, set up an appointment and were very impressed. She was on top of her game and she devoted many hours in order to give us that home we would be proud to own. Even though we were over 700 miles away she kept us well informed on what the market was doing and counseled us to make an informed decision without being pushy. When we did find the perfect fit she worked tirelessly with the sellers agent to make sure that our interest and well being were her top priority. We always felt that we were number one on her client list. When it came to closing the deal she went over everything step by step to make sure the closing went flawlessly (and it did).
