She offered advice along the way that came in very handy when discussions with a potential buyer went from initial interest to closing the sale. My husband and I were first-time home buyers. Knew nothing, were probably really weird or less than stellar about knowing things going in...she was very patient and understanding from beginning to end. She put up with both his and my shenanigans for basically 18 hours a day some days. What would otherwise be a sickeningly intimidating process was actually somewhat fun and felt achievable because of her (even the apocalyptic paperwork!) It must be that she knows everyone and everything locally, contacts upon contacts. If we had a need/question, she could do it herself or point us the right way. Often times, she would point people to us, too and we would get all our help just like that :) This includes right after the sale, too. She went above and beyond and probably still would if I had another question or concern. She knows the difference between right and wrong which is very important in a human being, nevermind one helping you with something as important as buying a house. I appreciated that sense of right and wrong a LOT, as it made me feel way more comfortable and safe to be honest which also made the process very smooth, apparently, unusually so! 11 out of 10. She is a wonderful person and did everything to make sure I was happy with everything, Always going above and beyond to put my house out there for people to see. She communicated with me about everything and was always willing to answer questions any time of the day. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. Working with Sarah was awesome. When we first started looking for houses, we contacted several agents in the area. Sarah stood out above and beyond with her responsiveness and willingness to answer any questions we had. Anytime we asked about a specific house, she was very quick to set up a walk-through of the house, and we always felt as if we were her top priority. Sarah also was very quick to realize what style of house we were looking for. We never felt pressured to look at houses we had no interest in to "give it a try". The home we ended up buying was a home she found for us, and it met every wicket. She has my highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Pensacola area.
