Carmen was fantastic! Communicative, ready to help, presented us with options and supported our needs, advocating for us whenever we didn't have the words to explain what we needed. She is very well connected and will be able to help you get whatever you need in the process, while keeping a positive attitude and an open mind.

Tim Elder was there for us from our first conversation through the closing. He kept contact with us and was prompt in replying to questions we had. He knows real estate and we felt very confident in working with him. Without a doubt I highly refer him.

We had an amazing and stress free experience with Erin, despite the fact that we were selling our house in a very slow and challenging market. Everything seemed uncertain, but Erin was so optimistic and utilized her expertise to get things done. She is very knowledgeable, extremely passionate, sincere, and a dedicated hard worker. Don't be alarmed when things seem quiet - rest assured that she is working behind the scenes. Her work ethic is highly commendable. She's quick to respond to all our concerns and had all the solutions at the ready, as well! Erin is a phenomenal realtor, a top notch agent with integrity, and an amazing person with her client's best interest in mind. She is not just the best - Erin is the BESTEST!

We had an excellent experience working with Carmen during the purchase of our new home. Relocating from another state made the home-buying process feel overwhelming at times, especially since there were differences from what we had experienced before. Thankfully, Carmen made everything so much easier. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, Carmen either had the answers right away or quickly found the information we needed. Her guidance gave us confidence every step of the way. What truly set Carmen apart was how helpful she was beyond just the home purchase itself. She connected us with trusted local professionals for services we needed for our new home, including cleaners and landscapers, which made our transition so much smoother. Carmens professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made this experience such a positive one. We are so grateful to have worked with someone so reliable, knowledgeable, and kind. We highly recommend Carmen to anyone looking to buy or sell a homeaEUR"youll be in great hands.
