This person is very racist. Referred to minorities as "noise." I can remember the exact moment it happened and how ungodly uncomfortable it made my spouse and myself feel. Had a strong aversion to showing homes in minority neighborhoods. Stopped working with him shortly thereafter. Aside from that, he's very forceful and pushes his opinion onto you when showing you houses. He even inserted himself into open houses that we intended on going to. Even if you can look past the racism, somehow, I highly recommend not working with him for these reasons alone.
