Marty did a great job handling a two family home purchase. He was very patient and was very informative as we lived out of town and were looking to buy in his area. Marty handled a lot of of the home inspection task and also helped with scheduling and executing within a very fast and tough time frame. He was very transparent and honest about everything he thought which we really valued. He seems to know everybody so that was a big plus in understanding each neighborhood and area.
