Keller Williams Grand Rapids

Where do I start! We absolutely LOVED Joni, from the Zillow message that got us in contact with Joni, to the first house we looked at. Joni listened and got us scheduled to see each house we sent her! She pointed out things that we may have not seen throughout the homes we looked at but also painted a vision in each one as well! She also gave us some knowledge in ideas for Future plans within the home we did find and with those plans we hope to build our first home up and see her again! Thank you Joni!

Joni was outstanding in assisting my FiancA(C) and I find a home that checked all our boxes and then some. She was outgoing, friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Joni if youre looking to buy or sell!! She is a true Gem!!

Working with my realtor, Joni was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they made the entire buying process feel smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and understanding of the local market helped me feel confident every step of the way. They always kept me informed, explained each stage thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. What impressed me most was their patience and dedicationaEUR"they truly listened to what I wanted and worked hard to make it happen. I never felt pressured and always felt supported. Thanks to their expertise and commitment, I had an amazing experience and achieved the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend this realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Truly exceptional service in every way.

Joni is an amazing realtor and person! She always has been able to get us the deal we need on the property that works for our goals. She always makes sure you are up to speed on whats going on and she truly works for you! Thankful to have found someone who cares so much.

Joni was referred to me by a family member who had a fantastic experience purchasing their first home. After working with her, I see why. Joni has a great eye for solid homes and works with a phenomenal network of coordinators, loan officers, and inspectors. She and her team helped me put together a strong offer that I was comfortable with. Buying my first home with Joni was a breeze and I will be referring her to friends and family in the future.
