I?m so happy and fortunate that I stumbled upon Jason when I decided to look for a new home. His experience, knowledge, and expertise were obvious from the beginning. He not only pointed out the positives but also concerns about the houses we looked at. I really appreciated this since I was looking at houses alone and have limited knowledge in this area. I enjoyed his creative and helpful ideas on how to make improvements on potential homes. He was never a pushy salesman, understood what I was looking for, was patient, and always very responsive. He frequently went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and always had my best interest in mind. With his help, I was able to beat out several other offers on what?s now my new home. After the inspection, I appreciated that he thought to check to see if the roof was still under warranty since it needed some repairs. It was, which saved me a lot of money. He also gave good advice when it came to listing and selling my home. He?s intelligent, fun to work with, and is an overall really nice guy. The fact that he?s a fellow Spartan was the icing on the cake. :) If you?re looking for an amazing realtor, you can?t go wrong with Jason!

I cant recommend Jason highly enough. I was/am a total noob about houses and Jason was incredibly helpful in finding the right house. Jason was upfront and thorough and several times went above and beyond to identify potential issues that were worth consideration. I always felt like he was looking out for me and hes just generally an enjoyable person to work with.

The Ryan Lipinski team is a highly professional 5-star team in our experience. He personally managed both the sale and purchase of our homes last July/August. Excellent advice & prompt service. Did a great job filtering out homes that didn't meet our needs. When he had a schedule conflict, he dispatched a professional assistant to show us homes. Can't say enough good about them!
