I was attempting to sell an investment property I and my partner have owned for 12+ years. We were in discussion with a Realest Investor who had solicited us to buy the property. In the middle of the negotiations, I reached out to Kate at the suggestion of our property manager and explained our situation. She did a market analysis and told me that we could get substantially more money than the amount we were negotiating around with this investor. She outlined a marketing plan, gave guidance on what we would need to do, to get the property in market ready position in the price range she gave. She worked with the current tenant so she would cooperate with her in order to prepare the property to be shown. We followed Kate's advice. Kate guided us through the process, had us avoid several obstacles, to have the property ready to sell. All this allowed us to make approximately $30,000 more, had we not employed Kate's services and sold it to the first investor.
