Buying a new construction home while living out of state can be overwhelming, but Kristen made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and always made me feel like my needs and concerns truly mattered. She recommended a home inspector and a structural engineer to make sure everything was properly checked, negotiated with the builder to get more of my closing costs covered, and regularly checked on the construction progress while I couldn't be there in person.
