When we made the decision to sell our house we had no clue where to start. There are so many decisions to make - do we paint; if yes, what color do we paint; do we add carpets; what about the lawn?; and on and on. When we spoke to Carl and Sheryl we felt that a huge weight had been lifted off of our shoulders. These guys are solid in their knowledge of the market and they come with an incredible support team (lawn; handyman; carpenters; floors) who work exclusively for them. They were able to advise on what we needed to do for sure to get top dollar. Just as we were starting to roll we had a significant problem - our foundation had a horizontal crack that extended over 100 feet around the perimeter of the house. The first quote we had suggested it would take approximately 12 weeks to schedule the work and another five weeks to complete. This is when Carl when to work and saved the day. Within a few days he obtained a quote from another contractor at approximately the same cost and starting the job the following week. Four weeks later our foundation was repaired and we were able to still list our home right on schedule. Amazing!! The piece de resistance was the amazing staging that Sheryl did for our place. She transformed our home into a place of beauty overnight. Carl and Sheryl have my highest recommendation. They are the best at what they do and they are both amazing human beings.

You really cannot get any better realtor than Carl Medford (and his team). They are real professionals that know what to do and how to do it. And they know what not to do. We had a home that had not been updated in over 30 years. Carl and his team knew what needed to be done to make the house desirable and stayed within the budget. And the staging was amazing! I could always count on Carl and his team to keep their word at every stage of the transaction. In my experience, everyone on Carl's team is accessible and responds to questions promptly. And Carl, himself, answers his own phone and will get the answers you need. Amazing experience! As a seller it is always hard to see the commission paid to the agents.
