Keller Williams

Brock was so helpful with helping my husband and I purchase our first home. We hit a few snags between our first lender and an awful inspection on one of our picks. Brock was there with solutions and help everytime and his recommendation ended up being the house we purchased. Would recommend him again and again.

Brock Hart is an amazing real estate professional. He was recommended by a family member and he did not disappoint. He made us feel like we were his only clients. He was quick to respond to our questions and answered questions that we did not even know we had! I highly recommend using Brock Hart to sell or buy a home! He's a RockStar!

Brock was great in assisting us during the home buying process! Would definitely recommend working with him and would work with him again in the future

Brock was an absolutely amazing real estate agent. We were so lucky to have him during the process of purchasing our home. We were first time home buyers and he made the process feel very manageable. He was so responsive and ready to help us with any questions at any time of day. He was coordinating with all parties and telling us any important information proactively. We had a couple of minor issues crop up with the inspection and the mortgage, but Brock was on it and helped us navigate everything very smoothly. He was very knowledgeable about the northern kentucky area and was pointing out red flags and things to be cautious about with homes that we were looking at. It was very reassuring that he wanted us to get a good deal on a good house and wasnt trying to pressure us or misguide us just to make a sale. He even helped us after we bought the house to communicate with the sellers. I would recommend Brock to anyone.

Brock is an incredible realtor! He is prompt to answer any questions, and is also very knowledgeable and professional. He was highly motivated to find me the best house to fit my needs within my budget, and he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brock!
