I cannot begin to thank Nina, Ed and Jim enough for all that they did to get me in my new home! As a first time home-buyer, I was pretty clueless on how the whole home purchase process is supposed to go. Nina guided me patiently throughout the whole process; I never once felt pressured during the months that we worked together, and received prompt responses to any questions that I had. I had heard that there are always bumps in the road when buying a home, and now I actually believe the saying. From zoning confusion to flood zones, Jim's group alerted me when it was necessary, and not before...They realize that there is enough stress when buying a house, and do their best to minimize that stress when possible. Nina became an expert on flood zoning and flood insurance to help me get to a comfortable financial number to get me in my home! Nina, Jim, and Ed provided unbiased information when I shared concerns during the process. I couldn't have asked for a better team to be with me every step of the way. Thanks again!
