After we selected their team, they a photographer come out to the house and she took some great photos. They put the listing on the MLS with the photos and we got two showings the first night with offer at full price. Then the next day Saturday, two more showings and another offer. We made an offer selection on Sunday, the house was under contract in two days. Their team provided support in meeting with the appraiser and also at settlement. Jim was amazing in identifying immediately what things needed to be done to update our house to get it sold quickly and what did not need to be done. He was always available within the hour or the next few hours when we had questions or concerns. He negotiated to our advantage in turns of selling our house and identifying what needed to be done that came up on the home inspection. He was especially helpful when we were having a problem with one of our contractors since we had moved out of state and worked personally to make sure the work was done in time for closing. Also, when an issue came up with the title company that the buyer had chosen since one of us was going to be out of the area on business, he came down our way to get the closing documents signed and went to the closing for us so that there was a representative from the seller when the buyer closed. This meant alot to us since no one from the seller was at our closing for this house. We cannot recommend express in words how happy we were to work with Jim and how seamless the process was for our sale with him.

ZillowVERIFIED "I know a guy" Man where to start, we were first time home buyers and Jim helped us get a great deal on a short-sale. It was a journey that's for sure but Jim walked us step by step through the whole process, 5 months, a couple hundred emails/phone calls/text messages (all of which he answered promptly) and we had the keys in our hands to the home of our dreams. It started with finding the property and securing pre-approval, Jim "knew a gal", I did my due diligence and shopped around but ultimately went with Jim's suggestion because his recommended broker hooked me up with a great rate and had incredible customer service. I mean really incredible customer service, amazing even. We then made our offer and Jim had our backs, he gave us insight into what type of offer would be attractive in a short-sale which ultimately lead us winning out over another couple bidders while still getting us a better deal than I had anticipated. Some time after the initial acceptance came the home inspection, thankfully Jim "knew a guy" who was thorough and professional and went through the house with a fine toothed comb. We felt confident going forward that the house was sound and we could start planning future repairs/renovations. Then, 10 days before closing (with Thanksgiving right smack in the middle of that window) the lender appraisal uncovered some issues that needed to be taken care of ASAP before closing and we had to scramble to find a contractor. Of course Jim "knew a guy" that went above and beyond to make the repairs to satisfy the lender so we could close. I don't know about you but fixing outdoor stairs two days after Thanksgiving in frigid rain on short notice deserves some sorta medal. Even after closing Jim has been awesome, he recommended a cleaning service, "knows a guy" to take care of the pond-soon-to-be pool and is practically family at this point. I honestly can't recommend him highly enough, I wish I could give 6 stars. One things for sure, if anyone ever asks me who can help them buy or sell a house... "I know a guy".
