Brandon was absolutely amazing. Mine was a challenging procedure as I live overseas and our window for F2F coordination was quite tight. Stilll, Brandon met with me, at the property late on a Friday evening prior to my early Saturday flight. We walked/reviewed the property, discussed a way forward and settled on a plan for selling the property. Fast forward a short ~3 weeks later, the sale was complete.
