Keller Williams Empower

Working with Alison and the Simon Sells Philly team was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Alison?s professionalism, dedication, and deep knowledge of the market made a stressful process feel as seamless and manageable as possible. She helped us sell our Philadelphia row home in just three days and we received multiple bids over asking price. On the buying side, she guided us to our dream home in Chester County and crafted a smart, creative offer that helped us stand out in a competitive, multiple-offer situation. Whether you are buying or selling in Philadelphia or the suburbs, I can?t recommend Alison and her team highly enough.

With Alison and her teams? help, I was able to close on my first home while I was located all the way across the country. Alison is so knowledgeable, down to earth, and caring so trusting her to guide me through my home-buying process was a no-brainer. Alison was prompt, attentive, & thorough. She navigated a hurdle with a low appraisal with ease & negotiated with the sellers allowing me to get some money back at closing. Closing on-time with money back was a win-win! When it?s time for me to sell and move into my next home, I will absolutely be working with Alison and her team again!

Keller Williams Philly is one of the best if not the best real estate company that has qualified personnel to help make your house purchase smoother. Always available to help, and have contacted for everything you may need relative to house. Allison Simon is very knowledgeable about real estate. You definitely can trust her to get you. The assistance dont stop at the closing, you always can reach back for help. I really enjoy working with the team.

Alison and her team are awesome. I had a short window to buy a home while simultaneously selling another home and she went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process was easy. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Alison is an expert in real estate and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

We purchased a home in Glenside, PA and I cant say enough good things about Alison and her team. From the start of the process through the closing, and even steps after (eg, applying for a homestead exemption, what we should expect on inspections with particular types of homes), we knew what to expect and when. We were treated with such kindness and every single question was answered with thorough detail (and I do ask a lot of questions). Ive dealt with other realtors before who were less patient with the number of questions I have. Seriously, Alison and her team are awesome!
