Keller Williams Elite Realty

We used Kathy to list and sell our home in Bonita Springs. From listing to closing of the sale, everything went extremely smoothly. We live in Canada and Kathy always kept us up to date. She regularly provided us with updates on the status of our listing. She is a skilled and knowledgeable realtor who provided us with plenty of valuable advice. It was very important that we had a realtor who we could trust and who provided us with all of the capable contacts needed to close the sale. Being in another country we did not know what to expect when the sale closed. I don't think it could have went any better. We would highly recommend Kathy if you are thinking of buying or selling a home.

Kelsey was such a pleasure to work with on all levels. She's professional, compassionate, hard worker for sure. I would highly recommend her to use as your next realtor. I know I would use again. Louise Hoekstra

It was a wonderful experience working with Kelsey and her team. We went through market changes during the process of our sale and this team went above and beyond to get our home sold. Continued and open communication with the team was helpful and reassuring of a sale. Kelsey also has a great team of resources for any needs you may have through this process. We highly recommend this team for your real estate needs.

Kathy did an outstanding job selling our home and helping us find our forever home! She was easy to work with. Kathy really has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend Kathy.

Kathy is a very experienced real estate agent. She helped me find a house for my retirement. She also guided me through all the necessary paperwork and provided maintenance support after I bought the home. She connected me with the right landscaping and pool company. She is more than just a real estate agent; she is also a good friend. I recommend Kathy if you need to buy or sell a house or condo.
