This is the second time working with the Koch Garpstas Realty Group (first as a seller and now as a buyer) and on both occasions, they were top notch in their constant communication, knowledge of the area and what suited our needs as a growing family, and their professionalism yet still relatable. We knew going into the home buying process that this group could help us find exactly what we were looking for: a family-friendly area with a place for our kids to ride bike, be in community with our neighbors, and have plenty of space to host family and friends. Matt made the whole process of selling my Uncle's house amazingly easy. I live in another town a few hours away and was concerned about my limited availability but once I got Matt on board he, and his team took over. They stayed in constant contact and were able to send me what was needed electronically for signature. They are very knowledgeable of the area and we accepted an over asking price within 3 days of listing. Highly recommend.
