The most important thing for me when buying a home is honesty and shooting straight, not just telling me what I want to hear to secure the deal, and Meredith exemplifies all of that. She has great local knowledge, connections for any house project or service you may need, diligent in answering all questions and communicating with the sellers agent. She did a great job getting the previous sellers to handle a few repairs before I moved in, and was able to work out a reduced closing costs due for those repairs. Throughout the process I felt very taken care of and in good hands. Would highly recommend if you are in the market to buy or sell a property. Plus - shes a good hang.
