It was a pleasure to work with Travis. He was extremely responsive and patient as we sorted through and found the house we were looking for. For example initially we were not sure what neighborhood we wanted to be in and exactly what we wanted in the home. Without bias we were able to sort this out by visiting various homes. Also there were homes we bid on but did not get - was resilient and positive about finding what we would like, and we did.

We were referred to Travis from another realtor who was unable to help us in the way we needed and in the area we were looking at moving to. Out of all the realtors we worked with over the span of a year, Travis was by far the best to work with! We were under contract on a home within 3 weeks of working with him and closed in less than a month. Travis was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and bent over backward to make sure we were taken care of. He drove all over the state looking at houses with us.. sometimes in the car for 6+ hours in a day. He even changed my tire for me when I got a flat on one of our trips. Travis is down to earth and so much fun to work with. We had a lot of good laughs through the process, and with the stress of being first time home buyers in a crazy Colorado market, the laughs and his constant reassurance that everything would work out was refreshing. And being a family man himself, Travis was great with our 9 year old son. He included him in the laughter, encouraged his opinions, and made him feel just as valued as we felt. I cant say enough how positive our experience was. If we ever need buying/selling assistance again, Travis will be my first phone call. I would recommend Travis and his entire team to anyone.
