Steve was AMAZING to work with. We were first-time home buyers, and he was patient, educational and very well informed on the Dayton area. He listened to all of our requests, suggestions, and took the time to sit down with us to review everything. He was always honest about each home, especially when it came to the inspection of the home. Steve also knows a lot of different home companies (roofers, home inspection, lawn care services, etc.) in the local area that are trusted and financially reasonable, which helps anyone who is new to the Dayton area. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Dayton area, especially first time home buyers!

Derek is the best Realtor and goes above and beyond. He not only helps you with Real Estate transactions, but does all the extra things like: staging virtually and real life staging, keeping an eye on your listed vacant property while youre not around, and even doing things like changing burnt light bulbs and leaf blowing before a showing to make sure the property is as presentable as possible, and much more. He isnt only the best as a listing agent, but also the best buyers agent. He will help you find and negotiate on the best property you are looking for in a timely manner.

Derek is amazing! He is so patient and answered all my questions anytime I asked even if it was a silly one. He is so polite and kind and makes you feel like youre family while shopping for your big purchase! I highly recommend him and will be using him for any future buys/ sells. He also welcomed any family or friends and made them feel just as comfortable when I brought them with to look at a house. He is truly top notch!

Stephen. Is. The. Best! We honestly cant say enough good things about him. As first time homebuyers, we were very overwhelmed at first, but Stephens vast knowledge of the Dayton area, old homes, and overall buying process put us at ease from the start. He was always incredibly patient, kind, never pushy, and willing to answer any and all questions we had as he guided us through each step. We were incredibly lucky to work with someone we could trust and had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. We will certainly work with Stephen again for any future real estate needs and recommend him to anyone searching for a fantastic realtor!

Stephen's expertise and responsiveness allowed me to find the perfect house and get it under contract quickly in a competetive market. He comes to the table with a terrific network for the other services one needs in the homebuying process.
