Dwight Roberts is a top-notch realtor. He recently helped my brother and I sell our moms house so quickly and easily. We needed to put our moms house up for sale in the winter and we were worried about that being a bad time to post a home. Dwight was so knowledgeable though and encouraged us to give it a go. Well, within the first week that it was listed, he had not one, but TWO people interested in our moms home! Even so, he immediately held an open house the following weekend and gained even more interest in our moms house! We received two offers within the first two weeks it was listed! WE had to make a decision in which offer we wanted to accept! It was a tough decision because both offers were great and very close to asking price. Dwight guided us through the pros and cons of each offer to help us select the best buyer for our situation. Every time we had a question, concern, or special request, he answered immediately or within a couple of hours. He was very aEURoepresentaEUR? throughout the listing, selling, and closing on the home which made us feel as if we were his only clients at the time, though we knew he had many other clients he was serving at the same time. We just cannot say enough good things about Dwight and his team. Hes trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable, caring, dependable, has great follow-through, and is genuine and honest in every way.
