I have purchased numerous properties over the years and have never had a transaction handled this poorly. I was a cash buyer, had already deposited earnest money, and the title company was actively working on the transaction. The issue ultimately came down to proof of funds, something that could have been resolved with a simple phone call, text message, or clear follow-up from Michael Kiter. Instead, there was no meaningful effort to contact me and ensure the issue was addressed before the contract expired. A five-minute conversation could have saved the entire transaction. I fully understand contracts contain deadlines, but good agents communicate proactively when a deal is at risk. In this case, I felt more like a file being processed than a client whose transaction mattered. After buying many properties over the years, this is one of the most frustrating real estate experiences I've had. The lack of communication, customer service, and professionalism from Michael Kiter was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Michael Kiter or this agency based on my experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with my realtor, Will Rhodes. He is an excellent communicator, both in listening and speaking and in asking the right questions. He always kept my goals for the sale front and center. He priced it perfectly, so that it sold as quickly as possible for a good price. His attitude was always upbeat and positive. This was my first experience selling a house and he made it seem easy.
