Keller Williams Clients' Choice Realty

Mike Orist and Timberline Realty Estate were exceptional to work with in the sale of my vacant land in Divide, Colorado. Once we connected, Mike and his team took multiple photographs of the property, accentuating its attributes. He even arranged for a site survey to verify the information provided by the local government. His accurate description and photos were published on the Timberline website and shared with multiple real estate listings throughout the country. Because of geographic distance, all communication with Mike was done via the internet or by telephone. This direct connection facilitated all transactions both prior to and during closing, resulting in no mail delays in contract signatures throughout the process. It was truly a pleasure working with Mike Orist. I highly recommend him as a very personable and knowledgeable real estate agent in Teller County, Colorado.

Matt was excellent. I talked to him prior to the sale of our house to get a feel of what we needed to do and what we might expect. He was very helpful with everything. When the time came to sell he did everything he said he would do. He was up front and honest and provided some motivation and kept us on the right track. He was excellent to work with. We are very happy we went with Matt.

Matt was an invaluable asset during the buying and selling of our homes in both Colorado Springs and Teller County. Matt went above and beyond in communication, accommodations, negotiations, and provided expertise of knowledge in both real estate and the areas we were purchasing in. He will make sure every step is a smooth and easy one. He is readily available and quick to return calls and messages and is a wonderful resource you can trust with any real estate needs.

Matt was the perfect agent for a first-time buyer like myself. He was incredibly responsive; I was never waiting hours to hear back from him. He answered all my silly questions and walked me through all steps very thoroughly. Above all, he is PATIENT. I was what you'd call a difficult client, and he was always so fun and nice regardless. I can't possibly recommend him enough!

Matt was absolutely amazing to work with! He helped us narrow own what we were looking for a found a property for us within a month of meeting him. Would absolutely work with him again!
