Amanda was amazing to work with, especially with the seller, (me) living out of state. It was not an easy sale, as the house wasn't in the best of conditions after sitting empty for almost 2 years. Amanda was on top of everything and if I ever end up in that area again, I will definitely look her up.

It was obvious from our interactions with her that she is compassionate about her calling- to sell a home- and for us, made it seem pretty easy. We appreciated all the advice, direction and suggestions that she provided from beginning to end, and it did not take up much of her time , our ours, since the house sold within 5 weeks! Amanda played a vital role in our experience buying a home in Ohio. We were moving from out of state and needed someone we could trust to help us find and tour a home virtually. She was open and honest about the homes and helped describe them thoroughly since we couldn't be there in person to look. She also helped us close on our home in 10 days because we needed to move in a timely manner and made sure everything was in place so we could do so. Anytime we had a hiccup she was working hard on her end to fix it for us. She went above and beyond in our entire experience, checked in often, and also serves as a resource for connecting us with others in the area since we don't know anyone here. We are connecting her with my husband's coworker who needs to find a home here as well, so we definitely recommend working with Amanda if you need to find a new home! We are very happy with our new home and satisfied with our experience with Amanda.
