Keller Williams Chervenic

Jay made the entire process of becoming a first time homeowner extremely easy. From helping me to find the right home in the right area for me, negotiating, and being able to answer the random questions i had at random times of day. A wonderful guy to work with!

Jay did an amazing job helping us buy and sell our house. Jay always responded to our questions quickly and did everything he could possibly do to make our home buying and selling as easy as possible. He even went above and beyond by helping us fix a leak in the basement. He is outstanding and I would highly recommend him for buying and selling needs.

Made the process of selling and buying easy and much less stressful than in the past. We sold 2 properties very quickly and painlessly and purchased another. . Will use Jay again in the future! I highly recommend.

Jay was beyond helpful throughout the process of buying home. Very knowledgeable and far from pushy like most salesman. My wife and I both recommend using Jay if youre looking to buy a house.

Jay was a pleasure to work with. I will say for first time home buyers and being young , having someone to help who is around your age (l believe) really makes a difference. No matter the time of day; no matter how silly I may have thought my questions were, he answered everything as thoroughly as possible to my understanding .
