I cant say enough wonderful things about Russell. From the very beginning, he was patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping my family find the right home. My mom and I were extremely indecisive about what type of home and neighborhood we wanted to live in, but Russell never rushed us or made us feel pressured. He was patient throughout the entire process, and eventually, we found a home that we loved and settled in. Unfortunately, my mom became sick and passed away, and I eventually had to make the difficult decision to sell the house. During such an emotional and difficult time, Russell showed me so much empathy, patience, and compassion. He walked me through the entire process with such grace and made everything feel as easy and manageable as possible. He even went above and beyond by helping me find an apartment close to my sons school so that I wouldnt have to uproot him during an already difficult time. What means the most to me is that Russells kindness didnt end when the transaction was over. He still checks in every so often just to see how my son and I are doing. I even receive Mothers Day and Christmas cards from him, even though I'm not currently one of his active clients. That says a lot about the kind of person Russell is.
