Tracy was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about what it takes to get a house ready to sell and was always available to answer my questions or concerns. after the sale she was very active in finding property that met our buying criteria and worked hard to make sure that we got the new home we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.

We had an amazing experience working with Tracy who immediately recognized our interests and goals wanting to move half way across the country from New England to Ohio to live closer to our children who settled there over 5 years ago after college. She understood the uniqueness that we were looking for in a home as we were swapping mountain views for the Ohio terrain. She is very knowledgeable with all the towns we were interested in as this is her home as well, and we are so lucky to have met and worked along with her. My son is up next - and is working with her on a new adventure as well. Thank you, Tracy!

Tracy was beyond excellent as she helped me purchase a house in Powell, OH. If I could rate 6 stars, I would, but only 5 are available. Being new to home purchasing, she guided me through the process. She was always available for my numerous questions via text and phone. She made a difficult process easy and I 100% recommend her as a realtor.

Loved working with Tracy! Met her once in person looking in Ohio, while still living in Florida. Then she followed up with listings and then helped us purchase a condo remotely. She made the whole process enjoyable.

Darcie was incredibly professional and truly an expert throughout the process of buying our new home. More importantly, I always felt like she really had our backs and always represented our best interests throughout the process. Would 100% recommend Darcie for finding your next home!
