Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been looking at homes in the area of Idabel and Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Dawn Hibben and her team of agents have been very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries.

I was very satisfied with the expertise, and local knowledge of the area I was interested in. I was well informed of the homes I had interests in, prices, information of the area, school districts, local services, and much more.

I listed my home with this broker and after we signed the contract, communication ended. I heard from them 3 times regarding showings. But could not get them to contact me on a regular basis to let me know what was happening with my listing. In Sept 2015 I specifically asked Dawn to contact me every few weeks to let me know what was going on, and she assured me she would. I never heard from her or Judy or anyone in their office again. I am sure they don't really need my listing, but it isn't very good business practice to treat customers this way.

She was a rock. I had worries during the selling process and she had answers. She is a calm presence with great knowledge of the real estate business.

My husband and I have worked with Dawn and her staff over the past year. We have listed our property and are also looking for one. She is very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We feel she and her staff have consistently been open and timely with their customer service, communication and feedback. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professionalism, honesty and follow through in a Broker/Agent!
