When I interviewed her for the job to list my house, I didn't take it seriously when she said "would you be ready to move out in 30 days if your home goes under contract the day it goes on the market?" She took time out to let me know what I needed to do in order to list my home and give it maximum exposure. When my home went on the market it was just a few hours before we had multiple offers and was under contract the same day it listed! She walked me through the process and helped me decide what avenue to take in order to have maximum profits.
