Keller Williams

As out of state buyers, Michael was instrumental in helping us understand the Lake Hartwell area. He had great knowledge and advice but what we valued most was his patience. We had very specific things we were looking for with a property abs he never rushed or persuaded us. We are thankful we chose him and would use him again if we ever need an agent.

Michael was fantastic to work with. His communication was prompt and his personality was easygoing. When seeing houses with him he always gave us space to look around on our own but was there to answer questions and provide insight. He managed the details throughout the process and we were confident going into closing that everything would be smooth (and it was). We highly recommend Michael.

Great team. We've used them to both buy and sell houses. I would highly recommend Tom and his team if you are buying on the lake or have one to sell. They are knowledgeable about all things related to Lake Hartwell and the in's and out's of lake home ownership including the issues we might encounter with the Corp for the dock permit.

Tom and his partner Janet were a good team. Tom priced the house right for a quick sale and we got 2 offers within 2 days. Janet coordinated all the paperwork and signings. We were kept in the loop at all times. It was a pleasure working with them.

Tom and the team made the process efficient and easy from start to finish on the sale of our lake home. Living and knowledge of the lake made our decision to select them.
