Unresponsive and Unprofessional aEUR" Do Not Recommend Dakota My experience with Dakota, the listing agent for a home we were trying to purchase, was nothing short of frustrating. Throughout the entire process, she was completely unresponsive. Phone calls went unanswered, messages were never returned, and we were left in the dark during critical points of the transaction. As buyers, we expected a basic level of communication, especially when dealing with something as important as purchasing a home. Unfortunately, Dakota made what should have been an exciting process incredibly stressful by failing to provide updates or respond to simple questions. If youre looking for an agent who communicates effectively and handles the process professionally, I would strongly advise against working with Dakota. Her lack of communication and engagement made this process far more difficult than it needed to be. Save yourself the headache and choose someone who will actually manage the sale responsibly.
