Keller Williams Bluegrass Realty

We found Tim on Zillow and he was awesome from the very beginning. We had a wild ride with finding a house. First we were looking for land to place a modular home and Tim helped us with contacts with the city and county to determine everything we would need. Then we pivoted and starting looking for a house to buy. We looked at 15 houses in one day and Tim was so patient with us. He was always responsive and super nice. I could not recommend him enough!

Tim was amazing, reccomend for anyone buying their first for 10th home. He made the process very simple and stuck with me through months of exhausting house hunting.

Tim did an excellent job with finding an investment property for us. He was thoughtful and insightful about what we should consider and clearly had our best interest at heart. He is friendly and caring but also professional. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We will definitely refer him to our friends and work with him again.

I had such a wonderful experience working with him during a really meaningful transition in my life. As I was entering a new chapter, he was kind, patient, thoughtful, and steady throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me several homes, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how committed he was to helping me find the right home, not just any home. He toured houses on my behalf when needed, circled back to properties multiple times, and continued helping me explore options until we found the absolute perfect home for me. His patience and kindness made what could have been an overwhelming process feel much more manageable and personal. I am so grateful for his support, guidance, and care throughout the process. I truly felt like he wanted me to end up somewhere that felt right for my life, my needs, and my future. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping his clients find the right place.

Tim has been a very responsive and supportive realtor as I made the move from Florida to Kentucky (which took about 1 year!). He provided information about the local communities, which helped me narrow down a very wide search range. He was incredibly patient as I worked through what I wanted in a home and where to find it. His professionalism and guidance made what could have been a stressful transition feel manageable. He made such a positive impression that my entire family will be turning to him when they need realtor advice. I am now in a cozy home and a member of a lovely community. Thank you, Tim!
