We were responsible for selling our brother's home in Scottsdale while we live in Massachusetts. To say that distance can make such proposition difficult is the definition of an understatement. I somehow had a premonition the Austin and his team would be a good choice and I was correct. They handled everything for us expeditiously, guided us at every step and made the entire process (including the disposition of all household goods and relating issues) taking a huge load off of our (old) shoulders. House was sold and closed within a few weeks. That is all within the context of how a good realtor should perform, but what still amazes me was all the extra legwork he did, and that he treated us with such care and concern.
