Keller Williams Bay Area Portfolio

Robert did a great job helping us purchase our home. He brought deep knowledge of the area and was able to provide valuable context that informed our decisions. Throughout the process, he gave us honest feedback on offers, pricing, and strategy. He understood what we were looking for and worked diligently to help us find the right property. Robert made the home-buying process smooth and straightforward.

That is a much stronger differentiator than the operational details. Id make patience + client interest over closing the deal the centerpiece: We had an exceptional experience working with Robert and his team. What stood out most was Roberts patience throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed into buying a home or pressured to make a deal happen. He genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right fit for our family, even when that meant continuing the search. Once we found the right home, that same level of care continued. Robert went far beyond what we expectedaEUR"helping us navigate inspections, contractors, insurance, financing, and a very compressed closing timeline. He was thoughtful, candid, and always seemed to be thinking several steps ahead. We felt that Robert was truly representing our interests, not simply trying to close a transaction. Were incredibly grateful to him and his team and would recommend them without hesitation.

Robert has been patient and showing us multifamily units for a couple of years and this year he helped us land a really solid 4-plex that fit exactly what we were looking for. Robert moved quickly and seamlessly in working with the listing agent for a successful outcome. Robert is extremely responsive and a great communicator. This could have been a very stressful process and he made it easy for us. Look forward to the next opportunity to work together again.

Robert was the best choice I made as a first time homeowner. He was patient and kind and thoughtful - and even funny - which was so helpful during a process that felt serious and intimidating. He helped me win on my first offer on my first place ever during a very competitive market and I'll always be grateful for his guidance.
