Keller Williams Ballantyne

Brandi was super helpful throughout the whole buying process. She was proactive throughout the whole timeline and helping us in getting things done the way we want. Highly recommend

Brandi was referred to us by a friend. Brandi went all-in from the moment of introduction with such enthusiasm and commitment that made it look like we were her only clients. Her highly detailed and very structured approach throughout the search and buying process; her invaluable recommendations, prompt responses, and guidance reflected a well-experienced, highly professional, and committed realtor. We would not hesitate to recommend Brandi to anyone who is looking for such qualities in a realtor.

My wife and I were looking for a second home in the Charlotte area, so we flew in for a week to explore our options. Thomas was tireless throughout the entire process. We did not really know what we were looking for at first, but he patiently helped us narrow things down until we focused on lake properties. We ran him around for several days, and he was always cheerful, patient, and helpful. He never complained when some of the properties were not what we wanted, and he remained positive and supportive the whole time. We made an offer through him and he was very informative and helpful. We have ultimately decided to hold off on purchasing a second home for now, but Thomas never complained or even acted disappointed. I highly recommend him. He made house hunting a pleasant experience.

Joshua was fantastic with the sale of our property. Always prompt to respond to any concerns or questions. Knowledgeable about our area and its history of past and current successful sales of similar properties. Great presentation of property online . Property was listed and immediately had responses. An offer was secured shortly after initial listing. Thank you Joshua

Brandi is a pro-level expert. She helped guide us through our first home purchase and made the process feel much less daunting for us. At contract she was an excellent negotiator who really delivered for us.
