Amanda was hands down the best realtor I could ever ask for. I absolutely would not have been able to get through this sale without her. There were many things I had to complete before I could put my home on the market and they were all very hard to deal with on my own. Amanda was there for me the entire time, offering encouragement and advice when I needed it. She didn't make me feel rushed and allowed me the space to get things done on my own timeline, while also keeping me motivated to continue. She also had perfect insight on the local area and priced my home in exactly in the right range. She was always quick to answer my many questions or offer guidance. I worked with Sierra to purchase a home in St. Augustine, FL. I was relocating from Colorado so that added challenges to the home search. Sierra and I connected a few months before my house hunting trip to review what I was looking for and she set up a search for me. She checked in frequently to be sure the listings were aligned with my interests and needs. I sent her preliminary lists of homes I may want to visit and she provided detailed information about each property. This allowed me to narrow my list down to 11 homes. I was only in town for 1 day with my son to look at houses. Sierra dedicated a full day on a Saturday to show us homes. We ended up seeing ~15 homes on that day and put an offer in on a new construction home. Sierra was able to negotiate the price and insure I was comfortable with the incentives being offered. Sierra attended the inspection in my absence and presented a list of items to be addressed with the builder, negotiating the resolution prior to my closing. When Sierra was unavailable, she had another member of the Welch team reach out to me to make sure all of my questions and needs were addressed. Sierra is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough! Such a great experience...she made the house hunting process fun and easy!
