When my wife and I decided to put our home on the market we looked at several options. The first was Offerpad and the second was a conventional realtor.Offerpad was clearly trying to low ball us stating that the market was changing and moving toward a down slide in property value and we knew that was a bunch of crock.So, we call Zackery Maxey with Coldwell Banker, since he was the agent for a recent sale up the street from us. We started talking and I knew right away that he was our guy, aggressive and knowledgeable.He understood that my wife was not going to go for showing the house more than 1 week and we needed to do this fast. We signed the agreement on 2/22 posted the house with pics on 3/2, had the open house on 3/9 and got multiple offers over the asking price. We Closedon 4/1 taking the best offer which included a 30-day free lease back and banked $30,000 more than the Offerpad deal. We were on a tight schedule and have since moved to Florida. I highly recommend Zackery as the agent for any residential needs especially if you need the sale done right. If we had more time Mr. Maxey would have gotten us more money.
