Keller Williams Atlanta North

Margaret did an excellent job helping us purchase our first home in the area. She took the time to understand our needs & narrowed down showings that worked for us without pressuring us to buy something that wouldn't work. I loved my experience with Margaret.

Wanted to share what an amazing realtor Amber is. She was more than willing to travel hours in every direction to view houses in at least a dozen towns to visit potential homes and made it feel like a field trip with a friend. With knowledge of construction and home condition warning flags, she points concerns out you may not have noticed. She takes the time to talk through details about the property if you have an interest, to help you envision what features would make that house a place you would love. She remembers the details, big and small that really stand out to you in a dream home. Amber will stand by you with encouragement and support from beginning to end, and afterwards still be available if you have questions. I couldnt imagine a more stellar realtor to represent you in any real estate transaction.

Id highly recommend Margaret to everyone but especially to first time buyers as myself. She made me feel comfortable with my decisions and explained things in different ways for me to understand the process and how best to go about it. Margaret helped me negotiate at times when I thought we had hit a dead end. Her expertise, patience and communication is outstanding. I look forward to working with her in the future and will continue to recommend her moving forward.

Margaret was outstanding! She always responded to my questions about anything and had so many resources that helped us out with buying and selling. She was super knowledgeable about the area we were living in and where we wanted to go and was honest about what she thought and her opinion on things when we asked. Throughout the buying and selling process we worked with Margaret for a while, and she was always helpful and we are very grateful that we were connected!

Lynne was great to work with in my home buying process at a very challenging time in my life. She was supportive and responsive. She checked in throughout the process often and helped negotiate the home price down, along with other things in the inspection. She was also very personable and sweet, which made the process fun !
