After having two different agents list the home for sale over a period of a year and a half with no offers we decided to take the home off the market. About six months after we took the home off the market Tim made a call and set an appointment to discus listing the home. He met us with an associate of his in the gazebo in the back yard. Shirley told them that the minimum amount she would take for the home was $350,000. Tim's associate laughed and said there was no way, that was out of the question. That turned Shirley off for that meeting. After much persistence Tim set another appointment and left with the listing. 30 days later not only did he have an offer but it was for $360,000 rather than our goal price of $350,000.
