As first-time buyers, Suzi made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and settled our nerves by answering every question we had. We highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

This is our second transaction with Suzi. We bought a house from her and now I trusted her to sell my Mom's condo as she went into a retirement community. This was a challenging sale and Suzi was the consumate professional. She handle all the transactions and negotiations with the utmost care and skill. She took her time to explain everything as things went along in a way my Mom would understand. Her skill was invaluable with this sale. In the end we were very satisfied with the sale price and with Suzi. Highly recommend Suzi whenever you want to find your forever home or when you're ready to sell your current home to find the next.

I had a fantastic experience working with Suzi. I cannot say enough about how exceptional she was throughout my home search. She was consistently patient, kind, and supportive, making the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Suzis knowledge and expertise in the housing market were evident every step of the way. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and what mattered most to me, which made all the difference. Thanks to her dedication and insight, I was able to find my dream home. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance and would absolutely work with her again without hesitation.

My experience with Suzi Cree was great all around. She is highly responsive, accountable, and direct without being too aggressive. With her help, we were able to get our condo listed and sold within 15 days. Navigating some of the more challenging conversations and negotiation aspects was a breeze with Suzi running point and she never missed a beat. All of this was accomplished without needing to meet in person, which was tremendously helpful as the property we sold is 4 hours away from where I live. I would highly recommend Suzi if you're looking for an effective and efficient realtor.
